Important information

When selling your home it would be helpful if you could inform the Administration Committee. This would allow us to update our records and prepare the relevant paperwork for the new owners of your home.

Your realtor and buyers lawyer will need a copy of our by-laws to ensure all relevant information is available to interested buyers and agents.
As per the Homeowner Agreement, The seller agrees that upon sale of the Home, they will

  1. Inform the purchaser or purchasers that they will become members of the CCRA upon completing the purchase of the Home
  2. Provide a copy of By-Law No. 1 and the Protective Restrictions to the purchaser or purchasers, prior to completing the sale

  3. Require, as a condition of the transfer or sale, that the purchaser or purchasers sign the CCRA Homeowner Agreement
  4. Inform the CCRA, in writing, of a sale of the Home, including the name or names and contact information of the purchaser or purchasers.

Please remember to return all fobs and keys for the center to the office before moving out.
